We got a call from a contractor that does the maintenance at this apartment complex. The apartments
needed a good pet turf replacement and wanted us to design a system that
would help with the smells of pet waste and to help with the cleanliness. We took
out all of the existing turf and started over. We designed a concrete underlay
coated with a waterproof sealant. Next we installed a drainage panel along with a
self cleaning water system what would spray water under the panels and into a
center trough that would drain on out. This way the turf would train through and
we were able to keep everything under the turf clean as well.
The pet area gets a lot of use from the tenants and the Apartments were very
excited with the system we designed and installed.
